I can’t log in to my account

Usually clearing your cache and cookies helps with the issue, here's a quick guide if you haven't done this before: How To Clear Your Cache.

You can also try resetting your password by following the Reset password link on the login page.

If the issue still persists please leave a message with our support team including detailed instructions on the nature of the problem. Please try to be informative as possible so that we can quickly resolve the issue for you. Avoid simply saying "I can't login" but rather explain exactly what you've tried so far, if any error codes have appeared and any supporting screenshots you feel might help us resolve the issue. 

I just purchased the course but didn't get my login details

If you have just purchased the course but didn't receive your login details there are a few reasons this may have occurred. 

There may have been a typo in your email address when you signed up. We will investigate this as soon as we can and fix it for you if that is the case.

We are also aware of a bug affecting a small number of users where if you have unsubscribed from one of our previous mailing lists, you won't receive your login details - if this is the case, please leave a message with support and we'll activate your account as soon as possible.

Finally, verify with your bank that the payment was actually taken. In some cases, the payment may not have been processed correctly. 

I applied to the Facebook group and didn’t get accepted 

All Facebook group applications are checked manually with our support team. There will be a minor delay in processing these over the holiday period as our support team spend time with their friends and family.

We kindly ask for your patience as I'm sure you can't wait to join the community and we'll get you in as soon as we can!

I want to change my payment method

You can do this in the Customer Hub: https://secure.authorityhacker.com/updateinfo/

Please be aware if you are using PayPal you will have to change your details within their interface. It is also not currently possible for users to switch to PayPal mid payment plan - if you wish to do so, please contact our support team and we will do this for you as soon as we are able.

When Will my Refund Be Processed

Over the holiday period we will aim to process all refunds within 1 week. We kindly ask for your patience as we work through your ticket.

We will process all refund requests that were made in the 30 day refund period, regardless of when we acknowledge your request so please don't panic if you don't hear back immediately. 

I have a question about the lessons

Mark and Gael will be active throughout the holiday period in the Facebook groups. If you have questions about the course in the holiday period, please direct them there! 

Additionally, we recommend you make good use of the search feature in the Facebook groups.
