How To Clear Your Cache
If you're experiencing issues with the site or having trouble loading one of our courses, the first step is to clear your cache. Please refer to the guides below for detailed instructions on how to do this.
Chrome
Desktop (PC and Mac)
- On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right click the three little dots
- Click "Delete browsing data..."
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All Time.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click Delete data.
Firefox
- Open Firefox on your device.
Click the menu button and choose Settings.
- Select the Privacy & Security panel.
- In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data….
- With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.
- Close the page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.
Safari
Method 1:
- Launch Safari browser on your Mac.
- Select Safari -> Preferences....
- Click the Privacy tab and select Manage Website Data
- Select a website that is listed, then click Remove. To remove all website data from Safari, click Remove All.
Method 2:
- Launch Safari browser on your Mac.
- Select Safari -> Preferences
- Click the Advanced tab and check the box next to Show Develop menu in menu bar.
- From the menu bar, select Develop -> Empty Caches.
How to Clear Safari's Cache on iPhone and iPad
- Launch the Settings app on your iOS device.
- Scroll down and select Safari.
- Scroll down and select Clear History and Website Data.
- Choose the timeframe to clear (Last hour, Today, Today and yesterday, or All history), choose the profile or select All Profiles, then tap Clear History.
- Tap Clear History and Data in the pop-up menu to confirm.
