Corona Virus FAQ

With the current crisis taking place, like every business, we've been impacted. We're sure you've heard enough about the way the world has changed, so instead of packing full our marketing material with Corona related fluff, we have decided to compile our most commonly asked questions relating to how our company is acting during the outbreak.

Are you offering a discount due to coronavirus?

The short answer is no. But hear us out.

Our team invests hundreds of man-hours, resources, and money into creating these courses. We don't simply record videos and post them online. We spend hours planning, testing and verifying our methods, we invest in high-quality recording equipment, we have a professional video editor who goes through every video, we have a team member who spends hours to write up all the lesson notes, we host the course on a premium membership plugin with a high quality hosting provider, we hire a full-time support team member to help our members and that's just the half of what goes on behind the scenes.

With all of this in mind, unfortunately, the fact that the Corona Virus has hit doesn't mean all of these costs have disappeared. We still have to take them into account when selling our products.

That said, the one thing we have committed to is not raising our pricing this launch. As you can imagine, adding more content costs money that goes into all of the above-mentioned things.  We fully intend to absorb that cost to ensure we don't raise the price. This may seem like an empty gesture, but please believe us when we say that we genuinely do invest the majority of our profit back into producing more content for our members - it may just not always be in the upfront way that you imagine.

Will you offer your course for free like other companies?

While we know there are some genuine companies out there trying to help, we do not want to make empty gestures in this time and monopolize on such a crisis. We have noticed an interesting trend whereby companies are using their usual free lead magnets to gain more visitors while citing Corona Virus as the reason.

While it would be easy to follow suit and create the illusion of helping by reheating one of our old free training courses in the microwave and framing it as something we're giving away to help, it just doesn't sit right with us.

Instead, we'll continue doing what we've always done in this regard: We'll continue recording our weekly Podcast which will always have actionable tips, We'll continue producing high-quality free blog content and finally, our free training webinar which always has and always will be available on the site remains available.

What are you doing to help the situation?

We understand as a small company, we're somewhat powerless. Our industry can't do much to help frontline health workers and we can't really assist in any practical way to the immediate response.

What we can do, however, is continue as usual. While that may seem like a pretty weak response, there's a good reason we're holding this stance. If we continue business as usual, we'll be able to do the following:

  • We have a fairly small full-time team which we'll be in a position to continue supporting and paying without interruption
  • We will continue to offer tons of work to all of our freelancers who have otherwise seen work cut from other clients
  • We can continue to keep money flowing to all of our memberships, tools, plugins, etc. while others will be looking to drastically cut these back
  • As a legally registered business, we can continue to pay taxes on our business and sales and put money into the economy where other industries are currently unable

Additionally, we know now more than ever people are going to look to us for advice on the future of their business. We've weathered many highs and lows in this industry and have gained tons of valuable industry knowledge. The more we can do to pass this knowledge on and help people, the better.

Finally, we are highly sensitive to people's financial situations right now. As a small business, we aren't bound to rigid guidelines of what we can and cannot do to support our members. Wherever possible, we will do our very best to offer help to people who are struggling to keep up with payment plans for the course - just drop us a message and we'll work with you to arrange something.

Are you still going to support the course?

From our point of view, this is simply another low point we will weather. As with all things in the online marketing world, things will go up and down.

We haven't let this situation demotivate us and we have no intention of letting this stop us providing our usual content. In fact, this lockdown has made us even more productive and we've been busy at work using all this extra time inside creating updates to the course.

Naturally, working remotely already gives us the edge here but things still remain as they always were: This is just another blip in the long road.

Can I still receive membership support?

Yup! Our team is fully remote and remain unnafected by the crisis.

We'll be here as usual Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm CET.

As our offering is entirely digital, we don't foresee any interruptions to our services throughout this crisis.
