Why was my payment declined?

If your payment was declined, first ensure you have enough money on your card to complete the payment.

If you are sure this is the case, please be aware that some banks may block large online payments and an anti-fraud measure. If this is the case, please contact your bank and request that they unblock the payment. Once that's been completed you should be able to make the payment again with no issues.
