Videos Are Loading Very Slowly/Buffering a Lot

We use Vimeo to host all of our videos. If your videos seems to be buffering slowly, then we recommend sampling a video from their home page. 

If these videos are also buffering slowly then they may be having issues which are unfortunately beyond our control. 

We have had reports that the Indonesian government blocks or throttles Vimeo. 

Users in Indonesia have been able to bypass this restriction by using a VPN. If the problem only seems to be on our site, then let us know via our chat and we will investigate.
