Terms Of Refund

Our 30-day refund period is offered to give customers peace of mind when purchasing. While we believe our course offers exceptional value for money, we understand it is not for everyone.

We aim to honor all requests made before the 30-day period is up providing your account is in good standing. 

There are, however, some notable exceptions to this policy. You will forfeit your right to refund if:

• There is substantial evidence that the account has been shared between a large number of users (Shared account ownership, excluding family relations and same-business workers) without prior approval
• There is substantial evidence to indicate large quantities of the course have been ripped or copied for offline use
• There is substantial evidence that a member has exploited our site or membership platform intentionally for malicious purposes
• Your account has been locked due to abusive/inappropriate behavior through our support channels and/or our Facebook groups (we will always notify and warn you first if this is the case)
• We have no substantial reason to believe you have used the course or our website in a malicious, unauthorized, or inappropriate way

Our platform employs sophisticated tracking software which provides accurate usage statistics for all our members and will automatically notify us of suspicious behavior. 

We will manually review all cases of suspicious activity and rest assured that we do approve over 99% of all refund requests. 

This only applies to the small majority of people who deliberately seek to cheat the system and gain unfair access to our content over people who have paid hard-earned money to enjoy our course legitimately.

Legal action has been and will be taken against anyone illegally uploading course content.
