How Long Will My Refund Take?

We aim to process all requests within 5 working days. 

As long as your request is received before the 30 Days have elapsed then we will of course still honor your request regardless of the time taken for us to acknowledge it so please be patient and don’t panic if you don’t receive an immediate response. 

Please be aware that during public holidays and weekends our support team may be unavailable. If your request is expected to take longer than expected we will do our best to notify you beforehand.
